Should step down
We know that Del Mar College President Carlos Garcia is responsible to the Board of Regents. However, President Garcia should be more responsible to the public. His actions are compromising education at Del Mar.
Del Mar President Garcia should relinquish his position until the present investigation is completed.
The board is doing a disservice to the public by keeping Del Mar President Garcia as president while there is a cloud of suspicion and his integrity is being questioned and investigated.

What's the big deal? MacCarthyism in El Defenzor? This is outright ridiculous. FDR had socialist tendencies, was he labeled? Communism in concept sound like a great idea. Human nature screws it up. Solly refused to run as an unlabeled Democrat he said,"he liked the progressive label". The motivation to liase with the anti american air and a ready made newspaper rewriting the definition of a democrat and calling others DINO's while them theirselves were trojans horses piggy backing a vulnerable ready made power structure in the Nueces Democratic party. The obvious wrong in that this element poked the eyes of many and this is where Solly ties into "letting them in". Something happened which brings Grande and Lencho (did he (Lencho) go to Mikal? make the BND dirt go away?). I mean even back in the Pete Alvarez campaign the Robstown Prison Project was involved and who controls that? Delay right? Omega and DOS Logistics go from the bottom to the top of the food chain with OSI and Shipholdings defense contracting and "Sipholding". Lencho and Grande are trying to act like they are going their own direction but they have way too much history to have an ugly "divorce". The Subversives, the Socialismos, have exploited the 27th Congressional District but the blackmailers will now continue to make the move. Watch for Solly to separate as they become adversarial siding with San Antonio Henry Cisneros and the congressional alliances. Solly and Mikal are on opposite ends.
As far as Labels Solly wore the modifying label like an athlete wears a sponsor's label and IMO he knows he was backstabbed by the heron and so does the Nueces Democrats.
He has the chance.

i never asked you to gang up on Homero. I have meet him briefly in the past and the man has not done anything disrespectful to me. I have no reason to hate him.
I did meet with you one night when you put up a ugly blog about myself because somehome you felt that i was involved with an attack against you. You told me that you thought I called the Bob Jones show and made negative comments about yourself. At that meeting i told you that i didn't make those comments. Then you told me about how you and John Kelly had got into it and demanding that I tell him to stop using your name on internet blogs. You then told me that anytime anyone says or prints something negative about you, that you were going to retaliate against me.
With all do respect Scott I am going to tell you the same thing I told you then. "I haven't been involved with any of the attacks against you or your wife leeann."
It is true that we have had some disagreements about some of the individuals you tried to hammer. Juan Garcia, Solly Jr. & Sr., and many other politicians. Its not right that you believe that just because you hate them or have negative feelings toward them that I should hate them as well. Scott, these individuals have not done anything negative to me. I do remember you telling me that you were upset with Juan Garcia because as you stated, you asked Juan if you could work for him and he told you that he would call you. You said that Juan never called you and that he F'd up and you were going to go after him. I did not agree with you going after Juan Garcia for something as innocent as that. Maybe he forgot to call you or lost your number. I mean its not like if he went and stole your wife. Then i would understand hating the man. Just because you dislike some of the local politicans or my fellow democrats, that does not mean i have to hate them aswell. Thats all im saying on that.
There are some issues that i agree with you on. Like the Del Mar issues. I agree with you on some of your del mar issues but not all of them.
Scott, one thing that i have learned is that the best way a person can piss off their enemies is by SUCCESS, by doing something positive. By ccomplishing major achievents while leaving their enemies bickering and broke.
Scott, even though i have done nothing against you, I know you hate me and well, the only thing i can say is that its unfortunate that you were given false information about myself and decided to hate me.
Scott, if you ever need any help with something POSITIVE, give me a call.
